I'm Aitor from Sales Support. We are activating the profiles in the new Freshdesck ticket management application for all issues related to CRM/Floorplan.
You will receive an automatic email with the steps to follow to access the platform.
First, you have to introduce your Fira email address and then you will be asked to generate a password of your choice. After logging in, as shown in the image, click on ‘’ir al portal del empleado', and once inside, add the link to your favourites.

In the following days, we will visit you at your workplace to help you with the process if necessary and to answer any questions you may have. We are also at your disposal by email or you can find us in the finance department on the 2nd floor.
